How about Elway in Super Bowl 32 versus Green Bay, he had a 51.9 passer rating. If you go based on wins, the greatest QBs are Montana, Bradshaw, Brady and Aikman. If you go based on QB percentage, the greatest QBs are Montana, who had an average QB rating of 127.8 (never lower than 100) or Bradshaw with a 112.8 average (never lower than 101). But the fact is you can't just use numbers to rank the QB's and you really need to watch them play and I think that Manning plays like a Tchaikovsky ballad, it is organized chaos.
