year as a gift. Now, if the Rockies lose 85-90, he might be on the hot
seat. No guarantee he'd be fired though.
As for Karl, it's the players, their attitudes and a lot of bad
contracts, not the coach. Amazing how 50 wins means so little.
If I'm Mr. K, I'm ordering the front office to get highly creative and
find better solutions, either by trade or free agency. Then I share
that they better make the most astute pick in the first round of the
draft of any NBA team. They better find a future star, not just a
contributor. No excuses.
