The way Hillary said it is not reflected in your post. I haven't
watched O, but he usually has the video or at least audio. Here is
what I got from the internet:
Clinton cited an Associated Press article "that found how Sen.
Obama's support among working, hard-working Americans, white
Americans, is weakening again,..."
I don't think she meant it that way but when I heard it on the radio
the first time I thought it had a tinge of racism. Maybe I am parsing
too much here, but it seems to indicate hard-working Americans are
white. Again, she would not knowingly say anything racist, but this
has a bit of a stench to it.
