You're Italian! Why not lasagna, salad and garlic bread? Along with a
tiramasu or carrot cake from Costco. And I wouldn't even cook it...I
would order it from a local place and heat it up.
I'm not into cooking anymore, especially for a big crowd.
P.S. I buy the Hillshire Farms all beef kielbasa at the supermarket
or I bet you could order the good stuff on-line.
