Subject: Need some food advice..

I'm going to have a big open house for my daughter's highschool
graduation in a couple of weeks. Could end up with well over 50
guests and relatives. Would like to make a whole lot of good, but
simple foods. I'm thinking lots of different types of sausage. When I
was a kid, my relatives used to bring this great sausage from a
factory in Pueblo. Kielbasa, Liver sausage, etc.. It was incredible.

Does anyone know of such a place in the Denver-Boulder area? Of
course, I will serve more than just sausage, but I thought this would
be one great idea to just have big dishes of sausage and bread
everywhere! Plus, it's about time I find out where to get really good
Kielbasa. I used to love that stuff.
