Subject: California's Energy Problems (Link)

This is a pretty long but fact-filled article from City Journal
about CA's energy situation and how it came to be.

My only quibble was that I don't think that LNG is flammable in its
liquid state - part of the liquifaction process is the removal of
oxygen, I believe.

Anyway, it's a good read.
