Subject: With no playoff there is no true national champion

The current system is basically a beauty pageant. LSU seemed to be
the darling of choice last year. Had OSU beaten them, I fully
expected an NCAA rep to walk out to the 50-yard line and say "OK,
boys, best 2 out of 3". Why LSU?

A team that wins a playoff can honestly say they climbed the mountain
and deserve the trophy.
