His energy, commitment, and DEFENSE were best in his first 6-7
years, it seemed to me. I mean, those teams with guys like Freddy
Edmonds, DeGray, Pelle, Moseley - almost always undersized but they
played with a TON of heart. Like or not, people have to give some
credit to the coach for that.
Unfortunately our last memories were of David Harrison never really
blooming, the 8 Senior team losing at home in the NIT, etc.
No argument from me - he needed to start over someplace else. I
figured it would be in the Southeast somewhere, since he got a fair
number of players from down there.
