he was a decent recruiter, not a good or great one. We cannot
afford to have one good player on our team. We need four good
players and three good role players. We need size, we need
shooters. We need to make free throws. We need to play defense.
We need to share the basketball. He was a poor basketball coach in
terms of X's and O's and player development. He was horrible in
terms of public relations. He made the kids sleep in the gym, and
many kids left the program during his time here. He seemed like a
dictator from afar, but that is exactly my perspective, from afar.
