In fact I shared your exact same frustrations. But that's no excuse
for not seeing some of the positive things the guy did.

The most important one in my book: He proved that you can bring
some good players to Boulder, which raised everyone's expectations.
When his W-L record couldn't live up to those expectations, that was
it for him.
