Now I am not flaming but c'mon.

To say that he will 'take over' a top 20 program is a pretty big
statemnet. Remember Lute had a successor all lined up and the only
thing that got in the guys way was the kids didn't like playing for
him. Point being there are a lot of great coach's out there and very
rarely do top 20 programs hire an assistant from another program.
